Import Null values from excel to Teradata SQL Assistant - forum topic by cpayel25

Hi All,
I have a pipe-delimited file which I importing to Teradata SQL Assistant using "Import Data" option. I have defined "|" as column delimiter in Teradta SQL Assistant. But, the columns that are null in the file (e.g., |||) are getting loaded as 0. But I do really require them as Null in the table.
Can you please help me if you faced the same and found any resolution?
