Hi Larry,
I will respond in case you haven't found an answer by now... and to let you know I will be checking this site regularly for healthcare modeling questions. Teradata does not have an automated interface tool for processing X12 transactions. What we have for the Healthcare LDM is a map of the attributes involved in an X12 4010 transaction. We are in the process of updating the map for the X12 5010 standard. You can get the map by talking with your Teradata representative.
