I came across this posting stream and it disgusts me that so many are trying to short circuit the TCPP and so many other are willing to violate the security of the program to help them.
This is why there were so many that passed the certification for V2R5 that should not have.
I cannot tell you how may people I have interviewed that had certification and didn't have any real experience with Teradata. Like the one who said he was running Teradata on Solaris nodes. I think anyone interested in training for the exams should BUY the books from Amazon and download the FREE demo software from Teradata and learn it. Then get a job as an intern and get some real experience. Then apply for a job as a developer. (Not a DBA) After you have a job as your employer to send you to training to be a DBA.
If you are willing to violate the security of the exams on this list you should be barred from taking the tests. If you have already passed the tests and violate the security you should lose your certification to prevent you from corrupting the exams for V2R12 and V2R14.
The following are considered TCPP security violations:
...
Discussing exam content with others in any written or verbal way
Using unauthorized materials in an attempt to satisfy Certification requirements, including but not limited to any materials that claim to be "actual exam questions," "guaranteed to pass," brain dumps, etc.
Requesting, obtaining, purchasing, selling, and/or providing unauthorized exam materials
