TARA communication issue(using tivoli as backup solution) - forum topic by atiq

I am facing issue when i am triying to take backup of TD DB through TARA gui
** Failure ARC0805:Access Module returned error code 34:
                     Error BAM1012: Tivoli dsmInitEx error 137: ANS1025E (RC137)
                      Session rejected: Authentication failure
i am new on this product, help from u people is realy appreciable.(thanx in advance)
