Using Aster ACT with cygwin - response (1) by tomn

Sorry to see that you are exp. this issue.  I actaully have used the windows act.exe version via cygwin w/out issue. 
I created a symboic link to the c:\ dir where I installed the ACT.exe program. 
Invoke it as ./act.exe <switches-to-connect>.
