New Teradata 13 Express Installation - Help - response (9) by hari1511

I have installed Teradata 13.10.0.02 in my system (Windows 7, 32-Bit). I am getting connection error when i connect to the  Teradata database using SQL assistant.
 

[.NET Data Provided for Teradata][115025] Could not resolve Data Source = 10.188.143.14 to an available node after 1 attempts. [Socket Transport][10060] System.Net.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 10.188.143.14:1025 at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.EndConnect(IAsyncResult asyncResult) at Teradata.Client.Provider.WpTcpTransport.WaitOnSockets(List'1 sockets, UtlStopwatchWrapper timer, Int 32 timeout, Int32 lcc Timeout, TdErrorCollectionerrors)
I have got the db username and password and is working fine in other systems except mine, i ve reinsalled the client twice but no luck still, any suggestions?
