Thorough analysis and documentation should be done on them and depending on the available skill-set .... the logic should be transformed either to a SP in Teradata (most of the cases) or for a few exceptional scenarios BTEQs can help.

Having said that .... so far I haven't seen any logic which cant be translated into Teradata SP, given developers are given proper rights and an open ground to test and verify logic.
