Teradata actmain.exe uses a lot of memory - topic by zhili

Hello, My teradata version is 13.10.  I noticed that actmain.exe is using > 3GB memory.   Is this a known behavior ? Also, what are the main task by these two processes: actmain.exe and disstart.exe ?   Thanks for any inputs.
